Ph.D. candidate Bosung Kim Receives Silver Award at the 2024 Samsung Display Paper Competition

Ph.D. candidate Bosung Kim received the Silver Award at the 2024 Samsung Display paper competition. The research, titled "Optimizing job assignment for in-line stockers under heavy traffic using genetic algorithm," achieved outstanding results among the award-winning works in mass production or basic technology. This paper was conducted under the guidance of Professor Soondo Hong from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Pusan National University, with Ph.D. candidate Bosung Kim participating as the lead author.
